Artovik specializes in handcrafted products made with precision and care. By placing an order on our store, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have consent from a legal guardian.<\/p>\n

### 2. Handcrafted Products & Natural Variations
All products listed on Artovik are individually handcrafted. Due to the unique nature of materials (such as natural wood grain, color variations, and hand-finishing techniques), slight variations between the product images on screen and the item you receive may occur. These variations are a hallmark of artisanal products and are not considered defects.<\/p>\n

### 3. All Sales Are Final (No Refunds)
Because our items are handcrafted\u2014and in many cases custom-made to order\u2014**all sales are final**.<\/p>\n

* **No Returns or Exchanges:** We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing selected by the customer, or minor natural material variations.
* **Cancellations:** Orders cannot be canceled once production or fulfillment has begun.<\/p>\n

We take great care in packaging your order securely. However, if your item arrives damaged during transit:
* You must contact us within **24 hours** of package delivery.
* Please include your order number, clear photos of the damaged item, and photos of the exterior packaging.
* Claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, we will arrange for a replacement of the damaged item.<\/p>\n

* Shipping estimates provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
* Artovik is not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs, courier carriers, or incorrect shipping address details provided by the buyer.
* International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied by their local government.<\/p>\n
