Due to the unique nature of materials (such as natural wood grain, color variations, and hand-finishing techniques), slight variations between the product images on screen and the item you receive may occur. These variations are a hallmark of artisanal products and are not considered defects.

### 3. All Sales Are Final (No Refunds)
Because our items are handcrafted—and in many cases custom-made to order—**all sales are final**.

* **No Returns or Exchanges:** We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing selected by the customer, or minor natural material variations.
* **Cancellations:** Orders cannot be canceled once production or fulfillment has begun.
